Looking after your skin.
We all know that we should have a daily skin routine, but can you honestly say you stick it everyday. I can honestly say even I don't everyday because yes our busy schedules sometimes get in the way. Well lockdown has given us that much needed time, time to look after our skin. So what should our daily routines look like, because a quick wipe over with a baby wipe just doesn't cut in when looking after your skin the right way.
1 - CLEANSE - Wash your face twice a day to keep your skin clean and clear. Cleansing in the morning removes all that over night sweat. Whilst your nighttime cleanse removes makeup, dirt and grime from environmental factors. If you wear a lot of makeup a double cleanse will be more effective in removing all traces.
2 - TONE - Toning your face will help to rebalance the pH level of your skin and will act as a humectant. Humectants are ingredients found in toners that gently draw moisture from the deep layers of your skin to the surface, improving your skin's overall appearance.
3 - EXFOLIATE - You have no need to exfoliate daily 2-3 times a week is more than enough. they are many benefits to exfoliating your skin, breakouts and removing old dead skin cells.
4 - MOISTURE - Moisturisers will hydrate your skin and replace any lost nutrients. Keeping your skin soft nourished and supple.
